THE EE WAS GOING TO SET BITS ON THE LONGWALL SHEAR. HE WAS STANDING BESIDE THE SHIELD AS IT WAS BEING PULLED CLOSER TO THE FACE. AS THE SHIELD WAS BEING MOVED THE RE-LAY BAR COME DOWN ON HIS T OES.
