WHILE WELDING, WIND BLEW DEBRIS IN LEFT EYE UNDER WELDING HELMET. USED EYEWASH ON SEVERAL DIFFERENT OCCASIONS; EYE IRRITATED AND DEBRIS STILL IN EYE. AT THIS POINT, SOUGHT MEDICAL ATTENTION.
