EE WAS ROUNDING A CORNER ON THE TRAVELWAY WHEN HIS FOOT SLIPPED OFF THE BRAKE PEDAL. THE VEHICLE STRUCK THE RIB. EE WAS THROWN OUT OF THE VEHICLE BUT HIS LEFT FOOT REMAINED UNDER THE BRAKE PED AL. EE IS A LOST TIME ACCIDENT.
