Narrative

EMPLOYEE STATED THAT HE WAS USING A LIFTING JACK TO RAISE A LW TAIL PIECE UP TO PUT IT BACK ON THE MOVE CAR, AS HE WAS SETTING THE JACK THE TOP OF THE JACK DROPPED DOWN AND PINCHED THE END OF HIS RIGHT MIDDLE FINGER.
