INJURED PARTY WAS DRIVING A SHUTTLE CAR ON THE 2 UNIT WHEN HE TURNED OUT OF THE X CUT BETWEEN 7 TO 6 ENTRY INTO THE ENTRY AND GOT TO CLOSE TO THE COAL RIB STRIKING IT WITH HIM RIGHT ARM.
