WHILE USING A TORCH TO CUT BOLT HE FANED THE TORCH ACROSS HIS KNEE. BURNING AN AREA THE SIZE OF A SLIVER DOLLER 2ND DEG BURN HE WAS SENT TO DR WHO PRESCRIBED ANTIBOITICS AS A PRECAUTION
