EE WAS ATTEMPTING TO CUT A 42"" CONVEYOR BELT WITH A UTILITY RAZOR KNIFE. THE KNIFE SLIPPED AND HE CUT HIS LEG JUST ABOVE THE KNEE. EIGHT SUTURES REQUIRED.
