EE STATED THAT WHILE BOLTING THE MINE ROOF HE INJURED HIS SHOULDERS, NECK AND BACK. (HE WAS INJURED ON 1/10/01 BUT CONTINUED TO WORK UNTIL A DOCTOR VISIT ON 2/14/01. BEGAN MISSING WORK ON 2/1 5/01.)
