Narrative

EE WAS OPERATING A CAT 777 TRUCK AND INJURED HIS LOWER BACK WHEN HIS TRUCK WAS STRUCK BY A LOADER. HE WAS SEEN BY A PHYSICIAN THE FOLLOWING DAY AND WAS UNABLE TO REPORT TO HIS NEXT SCHEDULED S HIFT. THE LOADER STRUCK THE TRUCK WHILE LOADING.
