BACK UP HOIST POWER WAS DOWN FOR A PLANNED OUTAGE. BOTH HOISTS WERE RUNNING ON PURCHASED POWER (SWEPCO). SWEPCO POWER WAS INTERRUPTED FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE BEING RESTORED CAUS OF SWEPCO OUTAGE UNKNOWN.
