Narrative

SDX-200 TONGS WERE SET ON A LARGE OPEN END WRENCH. THEY SLID OFF AND PINCHED HIS FOOT AGAINST THE PLATFORM. WHICH RESULTED IN A CLOSED IN PLACE FRACTURE IN HIS LEFT FOOT.
