WHILE REPLACING METHANE SENSOR ON MINER, SET SCREW HOLDING SENSOR IN PLACE, WOULDN'T MOVE. WHILE PRYING WITH SCREWDRIVER, SCREW BROKE FLYING UP INTO RIGHT EYE.
