Narrative

EE WAS ATTEMPTING TO LINE UP A BEAM USING A SLEEVER BAR. HAD CLIMBED UP ON A SAFETY LINE TO TIGHTEN IT UP. THE SLEEVER BAR SLIPPED CAUSING HIM TO LOSE HIS BALANCE & FALL TO THE SURFACE BELOW.
