THE MINE FOREMAN FOUND AN UNINTENTIONAL ROOF FALL IN #3 ENTRY ON THE 010 #7 BELT LINE (NOT IN USE). FALL WAS APPROX 40'L X 30'W X 7'THICK. VENTILATION WAS NOT AFFECTED.
