A MEMEBER WAS USING A SET OF COME-A-LONGS TO MOVE A HEAD ROLLER INTO PLACE. THE COME-A-LONGS SLIPPED AND THE MEMEBER FELL BACKWARD INTO THE SCOOP BUCKET.
