EE WAS SCRAPING A RAW MILL WALL WITH A SHOVEL. ACCIDENTALLY HE HIT A COLUMN WITH HIS LEFT ELOBW CAUSING PAIN AND INFLAMMATION. THE EE REPORTED THE ACCIDENT ON 2-28-01.
