Narrative

MEMEBER SAID HE GOT OUT OF TRACK MOTOR TO SHUT A SET OF TRACK DOORS. HE WALKED INTO A ROOF BOLT THAT WAS HANGING FROM THE TOP AND STOVED HIS NECK. THE MEMBER DID NOT GO TO THE DR UNTIL 3-7-01.
