CUTTING LID OFF BUCKET WITH A KNIFE FOUND IN A DUMPSTER FOR GRAVEL SAMPLES. THERE WAS SOME LIQUID IN BUCKET AND IT SPLASHED ON EMPLOYEE'S FACE AND EYES.
