VICTIM WAS USING ACETYLENE TORCH WHEN HE HEARD A POP. HE FELT SOMETHING ON HIS RIGHT SIDE AND SAW CLOTHING SMOLDERING A SPARK HAD FALLEN ON HIS CLOTHES AND A LEAKING OXYGEN HOSE CAUSED A FLAME . HE WAS BURNED ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF HIS STOMACH
