LOST SWEPCO POWER FOR A BRIEF TIME WHICH CAUSED BREAKER TO TRIP AND INTERRUPT POWER TO THE #1 HOIST FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES. AN EVACUATION WAS STARTED AND TERMINATED WHEN THE BREAKER WAS RESET AN D THE POWER WAS RESTORED TO THE HOIST.
