EE WAS WALKING TOWARD LOADING MACHINE TO GET A SPAND GUN LAYING ON THE SEAT AND TRIPPED ON THE LOADER CABLE LOSING HIS BALANCE AND FALLING HEADFIRST INTO THE BACK OF THE LOADING MACHINE HEAD PAN. HE CONTINUED WORKING UNTIL 2:15 AM.
