EMPLOYEE WAS CLEANING INSIDE SILO #3 AND CEMENT PARTICLES FELL OFF WALL GETTING IN HIS EYE. EYES WERE RINSED AND PLANT AND HE WAS SENT TOT HE DOCTOR, WHO PRESCRIBED EYE DROPS.
