EE WAS FIXING A WATER LINE IN A TRENCH, EE WAS FINISHING UP THE JOB. WHEN HE STARTED WALKING BACKWARDS, HE TRIPED & FELL STRICKING HIS LEFT ELBOW ON THE GROUND.
