AN UNINTENTIONAL ROOF FALL OCCURRED ON THE GALATIA NORTH 6TH WEST TAILGATE #3 ENTRY, 5600 WEST. THE FALL WAS APPROX 30 FEET LONG, APPROX. 18 FEET WIDE AND APPROX 10-12 FEET THICK. THE FALL DID NOT AFFECT VENTILATION OR PASSAGE OF MINERS. THE FALL WILL BE CLEANED UP.
