EE WAS TRAMMING ROOF BOLTER ONTO FLATCAR-LOWBOY.THE WEIGHT OF THE BOLTER CAUSED THE LOWBOY TO PIVOT AT THE TRANION, CAUSING THE FRAME OF THE LOWBOY TO DESCEND ON EE'S FEET BRUISING HIS RIGHT FOOT AND BREAKING A BONE IN HIS RIGHT FOOT.
