EMPLOYEE WAS USING A CLAW BAR TO TURN A RAIL. THE CHAIN PORTION OF THE BAR SLIPPED OFF THE RAIL ALLOWING THE OPPOSITE END OF THE BAR TO STRIKE THE EMPLOYEE IN THE NECK. EMPLOYEE RECEIVED 6 STI TCHES.
