WHILE CUTTING AND WELDING, A FOREIGN OBJECT GOT INTO EYE. DIDN'T BOTHER EMPLOYEE UNTIL 4/18. WENT TO EYE DOCTOR AND HAD OBJECT REMOVED AND RECEIVED PRESCRIPTION FOR EYE DROPS.
