A METHANE IGNITION IN NO. 2 ENTRY OF THE FUTURE B-8 SETUP FACE. THE IGNITION SITE WAS FOUND AT 1AM. AN MSHA INVESTIGATION REVEALED THAT THE POCKET OF METHANE WAS IGNITED BY AN ARK FROM AN ELEC TRICAL CABLE SPLICE THAT WAS NOT MADE WITH ADHESIVE TAPE WRAP.
