EE STATED THAT HE WAS HELPING PREPARE FOR A LONGWALL POWER MOVE. HE WAS HELPING DROPHIGH VOLTAGE CABLE WHEN HE STEPPED ON LOOSE COAL CAUSING HIM TO SLIP, TWISTING HIS RIGHT ANKLE.
