EE STATED THAT HE WAS TRAMMING THE #9 EIMCO BOLTER INTO THE XCUT 3 TO 2 AT 18 BLOCK 10-RIGHT/4-SOUTH SECTION. THE BOLTER GOT STUCK, EE HIT TRAM LEVER THROWING THE MACHINE SIDEWAYS CATCHING THE EE'S LEFT LEG BETWEEN THE MACHINE AND THE RIB.
