GRASSY CREEK MAINS BETWEEN 1ST AND 2ND LEFT. AFTER A CREW HAD MADE ONE END OF A BELT SPLICE, EE WAS USING A KNIFE TO V OUT ONE SIDE WHEN THE KNIFE SLIPPED AND CUT HIS ARM.
