## Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS ATTEMPTING TO CLEAR A FAULT SIGNAL AND MOVED HER LEFT HAND INTO THE TRAVEL PATH OF THE TABLE WHICH WAS IN THE UP POSITION. THE FAULT WAS RESET AND THE TABLE DROPPED TO THE DOWN PO SITION, TRAPPING HER LEFT FOREARM. THE ARM WAS NOT BROKEN, ONLY BRUISED. THERE WAS A LACERATION THAT DID NOT REQUIRE STITCHES.
