Narrative

WHILE IN THE PROCESS OF PULLING MUCK FROM THE 5500 POCKET. EMPLOYEE WAS STRUCK ON THE RIGHT ELBOW BY THE BAR HE WAS USING TO PRY LOOSE ROCK THROUGH CHUTE THROAT.
