EE WAS DUMPING A LOAD FROM HIS HAUL TRUCK & THE ROCKING ACTION HURT HIS BACK. HE REPORTED THIS ON 4/27 BUT DID NOT GO TO THE DOCTOR UNTIL 5/4/01WHEN HIS BACK GOT WORSE.
