EE WAS REPLACING THE SHAFT HEAD PULLEY ON SILO FEED BELT. HE WAS USING A TORCH TO BURN OFF BOLTS. HE WAS ON HIS KNEES WHEN SLAG SPARKS FROM THE TORCH HIT HIS LEFT KNEE LEAVING TWO SMALL BURNS ON HIS KNEE. NOTE: SINCE IT DID NOT BOTHER HIM AT THE TIME OF ACCIDENT, HE DID NOT REPORT IT UNTIL 5-10-01). THE PLACES ON HIS KNEE DID NOT HEAL& CONTINUED TO GET WORSE. HE SAW A DR ON 5-11-01
