Narrative

EE WAS INSTALLING A 6' RESIN BOLT. THE BOLT STARTED BENDING, SO HE STARTED ROTATING THE BOLT AS HE PUSHED IT UP. THE PLATE STARTED SPINNING AND STRUCK HIM ON THE RT. FOREARM.
