CONDITIONS WAS NORMAL. BOLTER OPERATOR WAS TRAMMING THE MACHINE. WHEN HE CAME TO THE LINE OF THE NEXT ROW OF BOLTS, THEN HE PIVOTED THE MACHINE TO RE-LIGN THE MACHINE IN THE ENTRY CATCHING EE' S LEFT FOOT.
