EMPLOYEE CLAIMS THAT AS HE WAS INSTALLING A RIB BOLT HE SLIPPED AND IS LEFT KNEE STRUCK A PIECE OF METAL ATTACHED TO THE BOLT MACHINE CAUSING PAIN AND SWELLING TO THE AFFECTED AREA.
