EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING AN 8"" 90DEGREE ELL WITH A SPOOL PIECE. CO-WORKERS WERE LINING THE BOTTOM FLANGE UP TO INSTALL THE BOLTS WHEN THEY PICKED UP THE BOTTOM END. EMPLOYEE WAS NOT ABLE TO HOL D UP THE END AS THE TWO CO-WORKERS PICKED UP THEOPPOSITE END.
