THE CREW WAS ATTEMPTING TO BELT UP AND AS THEY WERE PULLING THE LO-LO STRUCTURE TIGHT WITH THE CONTINUOUS MINER, THE PIN IN THE LO-LO THAT THE CHAIN WAS FASTENED TO BROKE AND STRUCK INJURED I N THE CHEST ABOVE THE RIGHT NIPPLE.
