EMPLOYEE WAS WELDING AND GRINDING ALL SHIFT. EYE BECAME IRRITATED, HE THOUGHT IT WAS DUE TO ALLERGIES. HE SOUGHT MEDICAL TREATMENT ON 5-29-01, AND HAD A FOREIGN BODY REMOVED.
