Narrative

EE WAS REMOVING A LOOSE TIRE FROM EXTERIOR OF THE TIRE CHUTE. HIS ARM ACCIDENTLY CAME IN CONTACT WITH THE EXTERIOR WALL OF THE TIRE CHUTE CAUSING A BURN TO HIS LEFT FOREARM.
