EE WAS OPENING THE TOP ROLLS ON GUNDLACH CRUSHERWHEN THE 1"" STEEL ROD (32"" LONG) SLIPPED & CAME OUT CAUSING HIS BODY WEIGHT TO SHIFT WHICH CAUSED HIS RIGHT ANKLE TO TWIST, BREAKING IT.
