EMPLOYEE WAS CLEANING BUILDUP OUT OF TOWER ON 3 3/4 FLOOR USING PRESSURE SPRAY. HE WAS BENT OVER CLEANING LOWER HOLES, STRAIGHTENED UP AND FELT PAIN IN LOWER RIGHT BACK. REQUESTED TO SEE DOCTO R ON 6-12-01.
