Narrative

ROOF BOLTER WAS BEING MOVED FROM RIGHT TO LEFT SIDE. BOLTER TRAM WAS UP ON A LUMP OF COAL. WHEN THE BLOCK OF COAL BROKE, THIS ALLOWED THE PINNER DECK TO FALL DOWN AGAINST HIS RIGHT KNEE.
