ROOF BOLTING AND A PIECE OF RIB THE HEIGHT OF THE COAL SEAM BROKE LOOSE, STRUCK HIM IN THE BACK AND PUSHED HIM AGAINST THE CONTINUOUS MINER. FIVE RIGHT RIBS AND FOUR LEFT RIBS WERE FRACTURED.
