Narrative

WHILE TRAMMING OVERHEAD CRANE INTO POSITION, THE RIGGING CAUGHT ON THE BACK SIDE OF TORQUE CONVERTOR, CAUSING IT TO TIP. EE ATTEMPTED TO STOP IT FROM TIPPING WITH HIS LEFT FOOT AND GOT HIS FOO T TRAPPED BETWEEN THE CONVERTOR AND FLOOR. MEDICAL TREATMENT WAS SOUGHT AND X RAYS REVEALED A FRACTURE IN HIS LEFT FOOT.
