EE WAS CLIMBING OVER THE CEMENT LINES TO CLOSE AVALVE. HIS RIGHT LEG WAS STATIONARY ON THE BOTTOM PIPE LINE AND HE THREW HIS OTHER LEG OVER THE UPPER LINE AND TWISTED HIS RIGHT KNEE.
