EE WAS OPERATING A CONTINUOUS MINING MACHINE CUTTING A BELT TRENCH. A PIECE OF STONE WAS THROWN BY THE ROTATING DRUM OF THE MACHINE & THE STONE STRUCK THE RIGHT SIDE OF HIS NECK.
