AS THE LOADER OPERATOR LOADED MATERIAL INTO THE TRUCK, THE LOADER BUCKET HIT THE CAB SHIELD, JOLTING THE TRUCK. THE DRIVER OF THE TRUCK WAS JOLTED INSIDE THE CAB, RESULTING IN NECK AND BACK ST RAINS.
